Project Compliance

For quarterly compliance under MahaRERA, promoters are required to submit the following documents and updates:

Documents / Information Required

1.      Incremental Changes in Building Plan Approvals: Any changes in the approved building plans must be updated.

2.      Status of the Project: Provide the physical and financial progress of the project, including:

3       Form 1: Architect's Certificate

4       Form 2: Engineer's Certificate

5       Form 2A: Chartered Accountant's Certificate

6       Form 3: Chartered Accountant's Certificate for withdrawal of funds

7.      Form 5: Annual audit report by a chartered accountant, to be submitted in the concerned quarter.

8.      Form 4: Architect's Certificate on completion of the project, if applicable.

9.      Booking Status: Present status of booking of plots, apartments, units, garages, and covered parking.

10.    Changes in Project Professionals: Update any changes in the project professionals, including architects, engineers,

         chartered accountants, and real estate agents.

11.    Encumbrances Report: Update any changes in the encumbrances report.

12.    Status of Association of Allottees: Provide the status of the formation of the association of allottees, if applicable.

13.    Status of Conveyance: Update the status of conveyance of the project, if applicable.

14.    Other Details: Update any other details of the project as provided during project registration or previous updates.
